To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Several combos are available within this deck.
Follows the basic premise of an Emry, Lurker of the Loch deck, minus the pieces that raise the cost to the thousands.
This is simply how I built the deck with cards I had on hand.
The main concept is having an untapper for Emry, a 0 cost artifact in the graveyard, and a reason to be doing so (infinite payoff).
Example turn 1 win
Opening hand:
Island
Lotus Petal
Helm of Awakening
Mana Vault
Sol Ring
Sensei's Divining Top
Mystic Forge
Line:
Play island and lotus petal, crack lotus petal for blue (1 floating mana).
Tap island, play mana vault.
Tap mana vault, play Helm of Awakening (2 floating mana).
Play sol ring for free, tap sol ring (4 floating mana).
Use blue floating man to play Emry. (3 floating mana).
Use 3 floating mana to play mystic forge, play sensei's divining top for free.
-infinite draw-
Find mox amber. Cast and tap for blue mana to cast Etherium Sculptor.
Find lightning greaves, play for free and equip to emry.
Tap emry, casting lotus petal from the grave.
Crack lotus petal for blue, play laboratory maniac.
Trigger a draw, win.
There are several turn 1 combos in this deck utilizing the cheap untappers such as Mirran spy and Intruder Alarm.
Knowing that, the deck can go off as early as your opening hand and as late as the amount of turns it takes to assemble some form of infinite. However, it's nice to know that with the right draws, the deck can go off whenever.
Warning. The way this particular deck is built removes a lot of interaction to focus more on an early win. Replace cards to fit your meta if more interaction is necessary.
