This is obviously done through Krenko & multiple redundant artifacts that allow him to untap. There are also several goblin lords & enchantments that pump up the tokens

When you deal with an opponent with ‘propaganda’ like effects where it shuts down the swarming strategy, there are several creatures in the deck whose power/toughness is equal to the number of goblins or red creatures you control

Deal big damage through a burn spell
There are several spells in the deck that deal damage equal to the number of goblins or red creatures you control or x damage which is no problem when you can create infinite mana

Deal direct damage through many goblins
There several cards in the deck that deal direct damage to opponents when goblins either enter, die, tap or are sacrificed. These effects are good when Krenko produces alot of tokens

Mill the opponent
I placed this option here when I encounter opponents that have ‘prevent damage’ effect. ‘Altar of the brood’ allows you to win without damage by miling opponents when permanents enter your field

Permanent destruction
Mycosynth Lattice + Goblin Trashmaster + infinite goblins allows you to clear the opponent's board. Use this when dealing with permanents that hamper your game like ‘Platinum Angel’ or enchantments that are hard for red to deal with

Kiki-jiki + lightning crafter = infinite direct damage
Kiki-jiki + thornbite staff + mogg fanatic = infinite direct damage
Kiki-jiki + thornbite staff + goblin chainwhirler + sac outlet = infinite global damage

Infinite mana
The following pairings allows you to have infinite mana:
Brightstone ritual + infinite goblins = infinite red mana
Ashnod’s altar + infinite goblins = infinite colorless mana
Skirk prospector + infinite goblins = infinite red mana
Kiki jiki + thornbite staff/umbral mantle + dockside extortionist = infinite treasure tokens
Kiki jiki + thornbite staff + wily goblin + sac outlet = infinite treasure tokens
Cloudstone curio + dockside extortionist + any goblin = infinite treasure tokens

Draw your entire deck
‘Skullclamp’ + infinite goblin & maybe a sacrifice outlet allows you to draw your entire deck. ‘Conspicuous snoop’ also helps a bit by allowing you to cast every goblin on top of your library
