To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
1) Glissa, The Traitor wins a few different ways, including voltron, aristocats, and locks
2) There is plenty of ramp, and sac artifacts to draw.
3) Glissa should eventually be your repeatable boardwipe. That's why there are repeatable tap effects few in the deck.
4) The first path is voltron. First Strike and Deathtouch are dealy. Blade of the Bloodchief, Cranial Plating, are your pump. give trample, She will die often, but you will have plenty of mana to recast her. Grismold, the Dreadsower often acts as another voltrony creature in this deck. For bonus points use Phyrexian Scriptures to complete Glissa (A fun I win at magic moment). Mask of Memory, and Explorer's Scope for card draw and ramp.
5) You should generate a good bit of mana for this deck. Clock of Omens is your bread winner. All of those equipment can be tapped, as well as weaker mana rocks to fuel the big ones like Everflowing Chalice, Gilded Lotus. Pentavus does really really good work here. In effect every artifact has a tap ability that says "Tap for 1.5 mana", 20-30 mana this way is not uncommon. The Aristocat option comes from Marionette Master, Syr Konrad, the Grim, Poison-Tip Archer and Pentavus. Create a pentavite, sacrifice it, Marionette Master will do 4 loss of life each sacrifice for 2 mana.
6) Glissa has weird and great locks. Grismold, the Dreadsower and slaughter specialist create creature and give them to opponents. Equip Glissa with Viridian Longbow, or even beter Thornbite staff to kill their creatures. Recur artifacts. Both together essentially let you wipe opponents boards for free at instant speed. Most of the time I don't even have a graveyard. My hand just has twenty cards in it. Netherborn Phalanx is a specific tutor to go get you Mindslaver or Marionette Master for 1BB. Use all that artifact mana to litterally take control of one to two opponents. Usually when I can do two at once, the game is over and others scoop rather than make me go through the motions. Executioner's Capsule is Murder on a stick. Haywire Mite is great recurring enchantment and artifact hate.
