To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

(-> Your Settings)

Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

This deck is a control that wins by casting 4 Archive Traps to mill your opponent's deck.
Almost every deck has some fetchlands in it, but even if they don't you can make them search their library by Path to Exile and Ghost Quarter. If they don't, well, you got a free (and a whole lot cheaper) Strip Mine, and this should give you enough time to hardcast Archive Trap in the late game.
The tutors comes in handy in a lot of situations. They can help you get cards like the other 2 traps that should win you the game against particular decks like Storm or Graveyard-based ones or make you not auto-lose the first game you play against a deck with one of the first cycle of Eldrazi Titans.
The rest of the deck is all disruption: counters and wrath of god, but I am considering Settle the Wreckage for A being an instant and B enabling Archive Trap.

If everything fails, you can end the game via Jace's 0 ability or Celestial Colonnade.

PS: On the sidenote, Mission Briefing will let you cast for free an Archive Trap (as well as other traps) from your graveyard if an opponent has searched his or her library that turn because it does not give flashback like snapcaster mage, and that is why I choose it over that little guy.
