Teysa scion semi-competitive combo (EDH / Commander)

Hi everyone,

I like this deck to be semi-competitive, because of my playgroup. With semi-competitive I mean that I know teysa is not a competitive commander and never will be. Furthermore does my budget not allow met to build this deck fully optimized. Therefore no vampiric tutor or imperial seal.

I would like some advice.
This deck is supposed to combo off at some point, with mostly infinite sac and some payoff. Examples are the:
Darkest hour + Teysa + sac outlet + any minion
Karmic guide + reveillark + sac outlet
Nether Traitor + Teysa + Phyrexian altar
Sun Titan + fiend hunter + sac outlet
Nim Deathmantle + (almost) any creature + Teysa + ashnod's Altar
Reassembling skeleton + phyrexian altar + Teysa

These combo's mostly rely on infinitely sacrificing a creature and some kind of payoff (like altar of dementia, blasting station or Sadistic Hypnotist).
I like to upgrade this deck. What cards can I add? My budget is a maximum of 15 euro's per card, that is why there are some obvious exclusions such as mana crypt, vampiric tutor and such.
Furthermore are there any thoughts on my ramp section, should I cut some cards and are there better options for some artifcats that enter the battlefield tapped?

For card draw, I have considered cards that draw me cards when creatures die, but I think they might mess with any combo that include infinite sacrifices, but I don't know whether this is worrysome or not.

Lastly, should I play less lands, as my mana curve is focused around two and three mana cards
