Win Cons:
Aetherflux Reservoir 50-life snipe
Bolas's Citadel activated ability sac'ing tokens
Big Sorceries: Exsanguinate, Torment of Hailfire, Debt to the Deathless
The Scarab God's upkeep effect or Ayara, First of Locthwain's ETB effect, combined with Zombie spam (slow & janky)
The only attackers are Atraxa, Praetors' Voice, Grave Titan, and Storrev, Devkarin Lich. Storrev only attacks to recover important dead cards from the graveyard. Between Atraxa and Kefnet, at least one should be kept as a flying blocker. Almost everything else is defense, control, counterspell, or card draw. The basic idea is to turtle and appear non-threatening, while trying to ultimate Liliana, the Last Hope for her zombie spam Emblem in one or two turns max, or two store enough mana to cast Army of the Damned twice. Most of the other planeswalkers have passive effects, or provide creature destruction/exile. They also distract players from Liliana and provide tokens for defense. The deck has numerous cards to retrieve artifacts from the graveyard to keep the Aetherflux Reservoir + Bolas's Citadel combo from being broken. Geier Reach Sanitarium, Erebos, God of the Dead, Ugin the Ineffible's +1, Teferi, Temporal Archmage's +1, Ob Nixilis Reignited's +1, Aminatou the Fateshifter's +1, even Narset, Parter of Veil's -2, and Soothsaying all assist with moving lands off of the library top or discarding good spells ONTO the library for Bolas's Citadel to keep working. Karn, the Great Creator: use his +1 to target opponent artifacts, destroy or exile them with other creature-targeting cards/abilities. Use his -2 to recover my own exiled artifacts.
Voidmage Prodigy, Lich Lord of Unx: Synergy with Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor. Provides reusable counterspells but requires heavy mana investment and janky combo.
Savage Super-Combo: Use Bolas's Citadel to cast planeswalkers from the library using life. Oath of Teferi + Aminatou, the Fateshifter in play. Cast Deepglow Skate, flicker twice with Ami = 3 ETBs for the Skate. All PWs on the board go to 8x their previous loyalty.
High-Priority Planned Changes:
Estrid, the Masked to put totem armor on high-priority permanents (Citadel, Lilly, Aetherflux, etc...)
Throne of Geth: cheap proliferation if artifact creature tokens are available.
Removed:
Paradox Haze, Voidmage Prodigy, Lich Lord of Unx, Death Baron for Throne of Geth, Ashnod's Altar, Estrid the Masked, Calciform Pools.
Ghoulcaller Gisa: Sac God-Eternal Kefnet, or sac the 4/4 tokens created by The Scarab God.
Deck name comes from Flux Pavilion's song "Bass Cannon", and in this case refers to the combo of Bolas's Citadel and Aetherflux Reservoir.
Gotta find a way to squeeze Sorin, Grim Nemesis AND Sorin, Vampire Lord into the deck. Cast Grim Nemesis, flicker Deepglow Skate, ult him for Vampire spam. Next turn cast Vampire Lord, flicker Deepglow Skate, ult him to steal every big creature on the board. Ask your opponents if they want to scoop before you whack them with their own creatures.
