GW Midrange Lifegain {WIP} (Standard)

Use lifegain to pump Hexproof Sunbond or drop a Voracious Wurm. Ramp up - go big - swing for the fences.

Deck definitely wants 2 more Sunbonds I just don't have them yet. Most likely cut two of the Legendary Weapons to get there.

When rotation comes around Ordeal of Heliod can replace Heroes' Reunion if a better card doesn't come out.

Bassara Tower Archers will replace most of the Fiendslayers/Gladecovers and hopefully, I can get another Courser or two for filling in the gap. Fabled Hero is a possible target but we want to avoid "dies to doomblade" complex.

Ajani, Mentor of Heroes goes in here somewhere. Probably drop a Nylea to fit him in.

Mistcutters are there to obviously dominate our blue match-ups. However, they'll find their way to the sideboard if I land a couple Hydra Broodmasters or Heroes' Banes.

As I get my hands on more Sylvan Caryatids and Voyaging Satyr, they will replace the Elvish Mystics unless they get reprinted in M15. Golden Hind is also an option in a pinch.

Grove of the Guardian and Rootborn Defenses are our boardwipe protection/insurance and I'm not sure what we'll do when rotation comes around. Hopefully the new block gives us something.

Shocklands would be nice but I'm not spending the money when I'll lose them in September. Scrylands slow us down too much. If we get an Elvish Mystic we want to be able to play it.

Aegis of the Gods is an obvious 4-of in this deck. Cut whatever we need to in order to get at least 3 in the deck against black decks. Also, pray Lifebane Zombie doesn't get reprinted in M15. Can't do anything against a turn-1 thoughtseize though. MBD/MBC is the worst match-up by far and unfortunately the dominate deck in the meta (clearly for a reason).
