Early game:

• Fix your mana with the multitude of spells that cost G
• Cheat out Inevitable Betrayal with Codie's ability by casting a 1 CMC spell (since Inevitable Betrayal is the only 0 CMC instant/sorcery in the deck)

Mid/late-game:

• Protect Codie/important creatures
• Recur Inevitable Betrayal as much as possible by shuffling it from the graveyard to your deck
• Copy Inevitable Betrayal as much as possible when it is cheated out with Codie's ability
• If Inevitable Betrayal is in your hand, use a spell to cheat it out
• If Inevitable Betrayal gets exiled, bring it back with Pull from Eternity (tutor for this card if you can in this case)
• Recur 1 CMC cards when suitable/possible with their Flashback ability while using Codie's ability!

Notes:

• From the Commander's Quarters video (https://youtu.be/mtT48oUjGQg?t=1443): Codie's activated ability is a mana ability, so for spells like Ephemerate, you can activate it and it will use Ephemerate as the spell that triggers Codie's ability.
