Summary
Fill the board with as many goblins as possible, then sacrifice them to the hungry dragons or other sacrifice themed win conditions.
Card Breakdown
Token Generators
Goblin Instigator, Mogg War Marshal, Dragon Fodder - A nice 2 goblins for 2 mana. Mogg War Marshal plays slightly better than the other 2 as he can be sacrificed as we'll still get the 2nd token, so he plays well with our other synergies (Goblin Grenade, Skirk Prospector, the dragons etc)
Hordeling Outburst - A bigger version of Dragon Fodder. The more goblins we can make the better.
Sacrifice Synergies
Skirk Prospector - A key player as part of our Pashalik Mons win condition as well as helping us ramp into our more expensive plays. Cards such as TukTuk the Explorer or Mogg War Marshal actively benefit us when sacrificed, so its a win-win situation to sacrifice them. Being able to sacrifice at instance speed allows us to potentially get some benefit from opponents removal spells, and given that we only run 20 land, a little ramp can't hurt.
Goblin Arsonist - A useful chump blocker dealing extra damage, or a good target for Goblin Grenade or Skirk Prospector.
TukTuk the Explorer - More useful as a sacrifice target or chump blocker as the token he produces is considerably more threatening, just be careful as both creatures are legendary.
Burn
Stoke the flames - Given the number of tokens we can produce, we should have no problem convoking this out. Works as both a good removal spell or a burn spell.
Goblin Grenade - Much like stoke, given how many tokens we have, sacrificing a creature is no problem, especially creatures like TukTuk the Explorer or Mogg War Marshal.
Win Conditions
Voracious Dragon - The first of our devour package, devouring a lot of goblins can create not only a big evasive threat, but do a big chunk of damage to the opponent. Combined with creatures like Pashalik Mons and Goblin Arsonist this can get even more out of control.
Predator Dragon - The other devour threat, this time devour 2 instead of 1. Instead of the burn damage, Predator Dragon has haste instead for a huge surprise attack. 6 mana can be a little expensive but we'll probably only need to sacrifice a couple of goblins to Skirk Prospector to cast it, leaving us plenty for a big swing.
Pashalik Mons - Given the large number of ways and reasons we have for sacrificing our goblins, doing damage for each one that dies can also add up very fast. We can also just burn opponent out by sacrificing everything to Skirk Prospector for free to get enough triggers to win the game, especially if we have sideboarded in Torbran, Thane of Red Fell.
Burn at the Stake - Before the Goblins are all killed, why not tap them all first for a massive burst of face damage, seems good.
Sideboard plan
We can turn the deck into one more focused around using Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, Pashalik Mons to burn the opponent out.
