A flicker deck trying to draw cards fast and utilize flicker effects granted with Abdel to control the board and capitalize on the value in the moment.

Concept: A deck that utilizes the flicker mechanic to maximize on ETB triggers. There are failsafe's to win: (requiring infinite mana) put mana into a draw X spell with Laboratory Maniac/Thassa's Oracle on board; in addition casting drowned from dreams can remove two players if all goes well. As well as winning by mill with Altar of the Brood paired with the very good chance of infinitely flickering permanents.

How do we get infinite mana?

We will utilize Cloud of Faeries (you will need Azorius Chancery on the field)/Peregrine Drake/Palinchron paired with Deadeye Navigator/Eldrazi Discplacer (assuming a land produces colorless). In addition one could use Ghostly Flicker/Displace and Archaeomancer/Mnemonic Wall/Scholar of the Ages to replace Deadeye Navigator in this combo while targeting one of the aforementioned land untappers. Rasputin Dreamweaver paired with Eldrazi Displacer is a simple infinite colorless mana combo. Using Scholar of the Ages or an Archaeomancer -like trigger doubled by either Panharmonicon or Strionic Resonator we can generate infinite mana by adding Turnabout into the mix picking up both Ghostly Flicker and Turnabout from the yard. Granted you will need at least seven mana if you use Scholar of the Ages or nine if you have Archaeomancer and Strionic Resonator. It will look something like: float 7 mana, use 4 to cast Turnabout target your lands, float an additional 7 leaving you with 10, use 3 for the Ghostly Flicker targeting a land (ideally we have Azorius Chancery out) and Scholar of the Ages to bring back Turnabout and Ghostly Flicker. Tap that aforementioned land to float a now total of 8 mana. Cast Turnabout, bringing you down to 4, add 7 bringing you to 11. See the math? Great.
Another fun one will be using Shorikai, Genesis Engine, Palladium Myr and Intruder Alarm. This is actually a sweet combo generating infinite draw (helpful for our Laboratory Maniac/Thassa's Oracle win), infinite bois and colorless mana (If we take into consideration Bronze Walrus /Ornithopter of Paradise we will have infinite colored mana).
Finally Brago, King Eternal with Strionic Resonator and many mana rocks will do the trick, it relies on connecting though so it is not my first choice (however once you get it off you are pretty set to flicker everything that is not a land forever...pretty solid). You connect, Brago trigger goes on the stack, target it with Resonator to copy it. With the copy effect make sure to include Resonator as one of your permanents along with several mana rocks. Flicker it all, the original trigger is still on the stack and you can just rinse and repeat.

So now, depending on what is on the field at the time we generate infinite mana we may win just by that (referring to Altar of the Brood being out). If not we go for our "draw x" spells Blue Sun's Zenith/Drown in Dreams/Braingeyser to mill out our opponents or if we have Laboratory Maniac/Thassa's Oracle we can win with drawing our deck.

Next is infinitely flickering a creature for the sake of value. If we find ourselves with Panharmonicon, Felidar Guardian and Restoration Angel then we will be set. You flicker Felidar Guardian, get two flicker triggers, one should target Restoration Angel and the other targets the permanent you wish to infinitely trigger. The triggers resolve and you get two flicker triggers from Restoration Angel, targeting Felidar Guardian and again a creature you wish to flicker...rinse and repeat.
Second, if we have access to infinite mana our day is made and problems solved. You can use Deadeye Navigator or Eldrazi Displacer to infinitely flicker your target creature or replace those two with Ghostly Flicker/Displace and an Archaeomacer -like creature.
Another way would be the Brago, King Eternal combo as I had mentioned already.[/quote]

Mind you any archaeomancer -like creature paired with Discplace/Ghostly Flicker is a good equation....Archaeomancer -like effect + Displace/ Ghostly Flicker + x (being any targert creature or artifact depending on the instant) = recurring value of etb effect

So after all that is said we have the skeleton of our deck (if I remember correctly its about 30 cards). The rest is all customizable (meaning what you choose to use as draw, removal, and such). The following are my choices and why.
