I have taken Niftyness's deck, and made a few modifications of my own.
The deck contains plenty of draw, tutor, and reanimation.
You can tutor for your Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation wincon very early on if you like, but the general idea is to cast The Mimeoplasm once you have two good creature targets.
Target Blighted Agent or Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon and another big critter in a graveyard to one shot via infect. Or target one of your big trample bois, and any other big boi, to one shot via commander damage.
Keep in mind you are not limited to only your graveyard, you can also yoink critters from your opponent's graveyards, with either your commander OR your reanimation spells.
With so much reanimation in the deck, you will probably never see yourself paying the full mana cost for any creature. Just get it in your graveyard and cheat it out.
Don't be afraid to attack, reanimation will bring it back.
From my playtesting, I've found the best thing to do with a starting hand containing tutor and/or reanimation is to get draw advantage going. It let's you pick and choose what you want/need and toss memey-o-gasm targets into your graveyard. You can always go nab the classic Rhystic Study or Mystic Remora right away, but personally I like reanimating Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur on turn 2 whenever possible. :)
Fauna Shaman is ridiculously handy in this deck, allowing you to tutor and discard your commander's targets each turn.
The Mimeoplasm is a creature with the sick ability to target any two creatures in any graveyard, exile them, then enter the battlefield as a copy of one, gaining +1/+1 counters equal to the power of the other. With that said, he is very combo dependent, because like few other commanders, we can never just cast Mimeo without proper targets. Any possible way to get our fatties in the grave is good, discard, tutoring them straight there, or milling. Then resurrect them back, hopefully by turn 3 or 4, which should be a hassle for our opponent(s). Hermit Druid and Buried Alive are my specialty choices to get the best creatures in the yard for a good Reanimate.
