Dimir mid-range deck focused on abusing Notion Thief, Chasm Skulker, and the various draw card elements to give yourself an overwhelming advantage while denying your opponent the cards they would get.
Creatures.
Notion Thief: Probably the most important card in the deck, Notion Thief works to cancel any card advantage our opponents may get, whether you gave it to them or not. Current Standard has a lot of people tapping out fourth turn to play one of their threats, so his Flash ability usually lets him drop in safely end of turn, and untap to start the shenanigans.
Chasm Skulker: One of the important cards in the deck, Chasm Skulker will rapidly grow into a large beater while giving you extra protection from board wipes with the ability to turn into an army of island-walking squids if they remove it.
Dakra Mystic: 1-drop card drawing engine that can help you sort your opponent's draws as well. Will start to pump your Chasm Skulkers and work with Notion Thief to draw two cards per turn.
Master of the Feast: Flying 5/5 for three? Yes please. We can negate the effect of its drawback with Notion Thief, or just beat face in for 5 every turn until they find a way to remove it.
Desecration Demon: Another large threatening beater to continually put pressure on them. Occasionally helps to keep the board clear of enemy creatures as well.
Spells:
Whispering Madness: A powerful spell in this deck, it will at worse let you draw cards to find key spells and at best completely blow out your opponent, making them discard their hand while you draw double and go to town on them. Best done the turn after flashing in a Notion Thief.
Thoughtseize and removal: Ten removal spells and a playset of Thoughtseize to give your board time to develop and remove dangerous threats that you can't handle. Far/Away and Disperse can also be used to bounce creatures you don't want killed back to your hand.
Sideboard is still being worked on.
