Magda, Brazen Outlaw has some dwarf tribal combat synergies which give other dwarfs a minimal boost of +1/+0.This will give dwarfs a possibility to quicker crew up or over crew some vehicles with which dwarfs have synergies. Not the one ability this commander should be abused for. Magda, Brazen Outlaw is a value engine which allows your dwarfs when the become tapped to generate a Treasure token. When sacrificing treasures tokens you gain mana of any color. Use it to cast more dwarfs. The last part allows you to cheat on casting cost of your artifacts or dragon cards when you sacrifice five treasures.

The plan

Cast Magda, Brazen Outlaw as soon as possible. Then cast dwarfs to fuel crewing vehicles and tap dwarfs to generate treasure tokens. Use synergistic cards to increase production of treasure tokens. Choose vehicle abilities that synergize with Magda, Brazen Outlaw. Use Magda, Brazen Outlaw's treasure cheating ability to cheat in vehicle or flying dragon threats.

Fueling crew

Torbran, Thane of Red Fell will boost damage from your red sources, Dwarven Grunt, Dwarven Bloodboiler, Bloodfire Dwarf, Dwarven Blastminer and all Seven Dwarves will help you generate tokens when tapping. The dwarfs and changelings Taurean Mauler, Universal Automaton which will shape-shift to dwarfs will help crew the vehicles and at the same time generate Treasure tokens. This will keep your dwarfs when you cast all of them at 14 with total power of 39 for crewing of vehicles.

Treasure token generators

When "dwarfs" become tapped create Treasure token, cast Brass's Bounty in the late game to gain as much of treasures as possible, attack with Captain Lannery Storm to gain additional treasure token, cast Dockside Extortionist to generate them in case you are playing against artifact decks or use it to play political game with your opponents, survive with Gadrak, the Crown-Scourge to gain tokens of your dead comrades.

Vehicles

Cheating vehicles without paying the casting cost is great and we have quite some of them to choose from, like: Fleetwheel Cruiser, Gilded Assault Cart, Heart of Kiran, Mizzium Tank, Renegade Freighter, Untethered Express, Cultivator's Caravan, Bomat Bazaar Barge, Daredevil Dragster, Smuggler's Copter, Weatherlight and Skysovereign, Consul Flagship. 3 of those require 1 crew, 4 require 2 crew and 5 require 3 crew. Average requirement for crewing is 2.1 power where all dwarfs generate at least 2 power when Magda, Brazen Outlaw is in command zone. Don't forget about treasure tokens they are generated when crewing with dwarfs.

Dragons

As Magda, Brazen Outlaw is in your command zone you can cheat to battlefield artifacts or dragon cards. Here are some dragons you can choose from Furyborn Hellkite, Gadrak, the Crown-Scourge,
Hellkite Charger, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Skyline Despot, Terror of Mount Velus, Terror of the Peaks, Utvara Hellkite, Hellkite Tyrant and Balefire Dragon. Some of them create 5/5 or 6/6 dragon tokens which will fuel your flying army.

Combos

Tap 6 dwarfs to generate 6 Treasure tokens. Sacrifice 5 of them to trigger Aggravated Assault which un-taps all creatures you control and have additional combat phase followed by main phase. If my math is correct you are netting one treasure token per main phase hence generating unlimited mana. Generate unlimited Treasure tokens and sacrifice them for dragons or vehicles.
