The goal of this deck is to setup an untap engine and use it to untap your wizards and tap them to draw cards with Azami, Lady of Scrolls' ability. This allows you to draw your whole deck and win with Thassa's Oracle.

If for some reason this won't work, we can fallback to shooting everybody with Prodigal Sorcerer or stealing all other creatures with Beguiler of Wills.

Dramatic Reversal:

• Isochron Scepter and enough mana rocks to generate 2 generic mana
• Lithoform Engine and enough mana rocks to generate 3 generic mana
• Echo Mage @ level 2 and enough mana rocks to generate 2 blue mana

Captain of the Mists:

• Freed from the Real / Pemmin's Aura with a Nyx Lotus or Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx that generate at least 4 blue mana
• Galvanic Alchemist and a Nyx Lotus or Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx that generate at least 6 blue mana

• Docent of Perfection // Final Iteration and a way to cast a spell multiple times (Capsize with buyback, Narset's Reversal and Isochron Scepter, etc.)
• Riptide Laboratory and a Captain of the Mists or Fatestitcher
• Venser, Shaper Savant and a way to use your board to generate his mana cost

Fatestitcher:

• Freed from the Real / Pemmin's Aura with a source that generates at least 2 blue mana (For example, a simple Island after casting High Tide)
• Riptide Laboratory and Intruder Alarm

With an untap engine, it's usually trivial to generate infinite mana as well. Here are some payoffs that you get with infinite mana:

• Gadwick, the Wizened to draw your whole deck
• Capsize (with buyback) to bounce your opponents' boards
• Surgespanner with an untap engine to bounce your opponents' boards
• Venser, Shaper Savant and a way to copy it's activated ability (Lithoform Engine) to bounce your opponent's boards
