To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

I wanted to make a Goblin tribal deck with a different commander than usual. Iroas, God of Victory happened to be a really cool choice, since I don't have to fear losing Goblins with my attacks and it's harder for my opponents to block them. The deck is really fun and it's way harder to stop my Goblins from getting board wiped, since I can add protection spells (Boros Charm, Make a stand and Unbreakable Formation). Altough playing Krenko, Mob Boss as the commander might be slightly faster in terms of escalation, I believe that playing Iroas, God of Victory is just as rewarding, since it allows for good enchantment removal and better damage interactions (Lightmine Field, Martyr's Cause, Mark of Asylum).
