To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
One of the cases of "Oh, a shiny new card, I somewhat like it" turning into "wow, this actually works pretty well". I also get to play the tron lands, so win-win.
The deck contains enough control (spotremoval & boardwipes) to build up rather unperturbed and isn't hampered by creature removal that much. A well timed overloaded Vandalblast is a kick in the guts, but recovery is potentially possible.
A lot of the cards are artifacts with useful ETB or die-triggers, or care about artifacts. Card advantage seldom ceases, and if push comes to shove a copy of a Solemn Simulacrum is better than nothing.
Playstyle wise you basically start ramping, and depending on the overall board state you put Urza out turn 4, 5 or 6 and start generating tokens the turn after. Winning is a slow grind, but quite possible using overwhelming numbers of artifact copy dudes. Unwinding Clock & 6 mana from artifact sources gives you a copy of whatever you want on each opponents turn. Su-Chi Cave Guard, 6 mana and Ashnod's Altar give you infinite mana you can pump into Urza, copying e.g. Spine of Ish Sah, or Wurmcoil Engine on your opponent's end step.
