I Expected This From You, Tezzeret. (Oathbreaker)

Sideboard consists of cards that are either out of budget or formally in the deck.

STRATEGY:

Throw down some ramping artifacts and lands to get Tezzeret out quickly, and use his +2 to immediately start draining all your opponents.

Keep ramping and playing lands, hold a protective counter, and chuck down some cheaper creatures while draining your opponents. If you run out of gas, use Thoughtcast from the command zone.

When you have enough Artifacts on the board, throw down some big beaters for virtually nothing with Tezzeret's passive ability! Then just keep draining your opponents for more and more and smash face hard! Your opponents should be dead in no time, and you'll be the archenemy.

If the chance arises, assemble that Time Sieve + Thopter Assembly combo to take infinite turns. Tezzeret himself with one artifact will win you the game that way.

NOTE: I'm on a very strict budget (about $35 usd) so any suggestions should be very cheap!
