Slivers but also Maze's End and Primal Surge for some reason (EDH / Commander)

So I wanted to build a Sliver deck, and I was wondering how to make it budget. I spotted all the Gates from the Baldur's Gate set and added then immediately, then added all the other Gates. I mean every single one.
With a Maze's End on the top of the pile, I suddenly had a manabase capable of winning games. I have to admit that half the reason I'm doing this is that I think it's hilarious.

As I was refining the list, I added Lukka because I had a spare copy and was looking for a good deck to put it in regardless. This deck is loaded with creatures, so the uptick ability is good rather than a downside. Then I had the thought: "What if every card in here was a permanent? Then could I add Primal Surge?"
So I did that. This is a permanents-only Primal Surge deck, a Gates deck, and a Sliver deck at the same time. Nevermind that the Primal Surge theme cost me adding Circuitous Route and Explore the Underdark as well as conventional removal of any kind, we didn't need that anyway. We'll be FINE, I promise.
