Main strategy is just play some annoying stax pieces and your general beatdown strats.
Has my very own Samut specific combo in it, i dub it "Samut, Com Home" combo, using Samut, Combat Celebrant, and sword of hearth and home, to take infinite combat steps via flickering combat celebrant with the first strike damage of samut (who has the sword equipped). nice lil sneaky infinite combo which i'm 100% sure I've the first to figure this one out so calling dibs on it.
some notable things, i've added alot more removal for artifacts/enchantments then i typically do b/c samut having Flash gives flexability which is quite nice for naya colors. as well as having all but 1 instant be usable with sunforger, krosan grip being the exception, however, i have the jpn foil promo so using it.
very slight elf "tribal" theme kinda just happend since samut gives dorks played after her haste so their basically free which is nice. and Priest of Titania can tap for at least 2 a good amount of the time.
(did some edits recently just trying out some shenanegains, took the deck apart a while ago for a tymna tana backgrounds deck utalizing most of the same cards, backgrounds and some changes, but missing samut so coming back, expecially now that we got the princess bride secret lair (though i do love samuts OG art too, swords are dope and she kicks ass).
****Updated!!!!*****: deck is back together, tons of new upgrades throughout the pandemic and recent expansions, its back online and kicking. quite resiliant to boardwipes, often opens off very strong throug dorks, anime swords of various kindas, and always have a threat to deal with. quite fun too and suprisingly complex with all the tutors, has some tricks with untap and ephemorate shenanegans, and is just fun.
main weakness is coming back from a weak start, want to make sure your opening has ramp and a relavent creatures like professional facebreaker or seasoned engineer to start converting your action into value right off the bat, so when the board wipes do come, which they will, you will have the mana to quickly rebuild. the deck just needs mana, long as you have that the creatures and cards are mostly live draws to keep the pain train on full power.
