A deck that came about from the simple question: how could we make Storm Herd work in a normal 60 card deck? Using mostly commander cards, it's designed to try to get Storm Herd out as quickly as possible, while also gaining as much life as possible.

This deck isn't legal in anything, but it is a lot of fun.
