The idea is to play Shadrix as early as possible and get various engines of the deck running.
The other players are offered, as soon as the commander is played,
that everyone in turn order chooses an ability after you have chosen your ability.
So your opponents benefit from having the Commander on the field, but the plan is that you benefit the most.
If not all opponents cooperate, you specifically try to support and connect with another player,
for this the Grouphug cards like Duelist's Heritage and Victory Chimes are in the deck.
This way you take out the other players in pairs, and then afterwards take out your former ally
in the air or with Commander Damage.
