To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

Tactics:
Starting hand: try aiming for at least 2/3 lands with mulligans + one mana rock OR Mishra's Workshop and 1/2 Land(s) To give you an idea what a perfect starting hand would look like:
1 Mishra's Workshop | 1 Cabal coffers | 1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth | 1 Demonic Tutor or vampiric tutor or imperial sea or grim tutor | Empowered Autogenerator or Sol Ring | scroll rack | chromatic lantern or chromatic orrery
... the more lands in your starting hand the better. one Tutor often makes the difference to win.
main strategy:
in the beginning aim for getting golos into play
(accumulate lots of mana through land drops through the commander : Golos)
Thassa Deep Dwelling and Conjurers Closet help you immensly getting lands into play (or dont pay the tax for the tabernacle at pendrell vale to cast golos again)
if they weren't in your starting hand, the first lands you aim for are Mishras workshop, cabal coffers, Urborg, tomb of yawgmoth, Cascading Cataracts
scroll rack/scry cards (planeswalker, thassa, god of the sea etc.) in combination with golos activated ability makes the mana pool overflow in a short amount of time
winning strategies:
when there is no big interference you win in your 6th to 9th turn
helping cards:
nice combos:
any last words? well. do not fear counter spells or control decks.. within a short amount of time you will be casting so many spells that your opponent will have a hard time to decide which one to counter.
main focus building this deck was on flexibility and speed and overwhelming your enemy. at first glance it may not seem to be a fast deck but it is.
have fun and some money laying around
