Tactics:

Starting hand: try aiming for at least 2/3 lands with mulligans + one mana rock OR Mishra's Workshop and 1/2 Land(s) To give you an idea what a perfect starting hand would look like:
1 Mishra's Workshop | 1 Cabal coffers | 1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth | 1 Demonic Tutor or vampiric tutor or imperial sea or grim tutor | Empowered Autogenerator or Sol Ring | scroll rack | chromatic lantern or chromatic orrery
... the more lands in your starting hand the better. one Tutor often makes the difference to win.

main strategy:
in the beginning aim for getting golos into play
(accumulate lots of mana through land drops through the commander : Golos)
Thassa Deep Dwelling and Conjurers Closet help you immensly getting lands into play (or dont pay the tax for the tabernacle at pendrell vale to cast golos again)
if they weren't in your starting hand, the first lands you aim for are Mishras workshop, cabal coffers, Urborg, tomb of yawgmoth, Cascading Cataracts

scroll rack/scry cards (planeswalker, thassa, god of the sea etc.) in combination with golos activated ability makes the mana pool overflow in a short amount of time

winning strategies:

  1. Stomp your enemy with your big creatures - combine them with akroma's memorial or/and true conviction
  2. Enter the infinite + Thassa's Oracle = winning combo if you can pull it off with enough mana or cheating them into play (if you are not able to play Thassa's Oracle after enter the infinite dont worry dying off of no cards in your deck -> discard Ulamog, the infinite gyre next turn. it will do the job but beware of Phyrexian arena or draw cards from your opponent)
  3. nicol bolas, dragon god's -8 ability is game winning when you combine it with proliferate (Atraxa, Praetors' Voice or Karn's Bastion) and oath of teferi, and removal cards
  4. Blightsteel Colossus -> 1 direct attack = death )
  5. annihilator 4
  6. doubling season/ deepglow skate + Planeswalkers....

when there is no big interference you win in your 6th to 9th turn

helping cards:

nice combos:

  1. emergent ultimatum -> tooth and nail, Omnisciene, time stretch and many other big ones
  2. Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite + Overwhelming splendor = permanent/instant death for all opponents creatures
  3. jackpot it is when you hit Primal surge with golos ability .. it results in a full board, i promise , believe me
  4. Arena Rector + The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale = free Planeswalker
  5. Agent of Treachery + Conjurer's Closet or Thassa, Deep Dwelling = 1 free Card from your Opponent each turn
  6. Tooth and Nail -> Maelstrom Wanderer + Eldrazi or another big creature -> attack with haste the same turn
  7. !!!!! doubling season + deepglow skate (plus Thassa, Deep Dwelling/Conjurer's Closet) and your Planeswalkers (Garruk, Apex Predator or Tezzeret, Artifice Master, Kiora, the Crashing Wave, Elspeth, Sun's Champion abilities) or Field of the dead or empowered autogenerator
  8. Planar Bridge + Omniscience
  9. Cascade
  10. Liliana Vess and Tutors to search for cards (put them on top of your library and cast them with Golos), Kiora, the Crashing Wave -1 and Dryad of the Ilysian Grove and Oracle of Mul Daya plays additional lands
  11. sylvan library + true conviction -> draw 3 instead of one

any last words? well. do not fear counter spells or control decks.. within a short amount of time you will be casting so many spells that your opponent will have a hard time to decide which one to counter.
main focus building this deck was on flexibility and speed and overwhelming your enemy. at first glance it may not seem to be a fast deck but it is.
have fun and some money laying around
