Ikora Commmander pre-con 'Timeless Wisdom' base. Doubled down on keeping the cycle flowing with +/-40 cycling cards. Focus is on card draw triggering token generation from commander 'Gavi, Nest Warden', then vice versa via 'Ephara, God of the Polis' and 'Idol of Oblivion', creating positive feedback loops on any player's turn. Added cycling cards provide optional utility or hard-to-counter effects upon cycling such as 'Decree of Justice', Decree of Annihilation' and 'Decree of Silence'. While the latter provides an additional free counter spell with Gavi on the board, cycling Annihilation can be the precursor for an endgame run with a token army. 'Sunforger' provides a reusable tutor effect for a toolbox of instant cards from 'Settle the Wreckage' and 'Zenith Flare' to 'Tithe' - which not only helps with ramp, but can be used to pull up 'Mistveil Plains' making all your tools repeatable.

'Zirda, the Dawnwaker' can play a key part in ramping things up, helping with all activated costs from 'Kher Keep' and 'Hoofprints of the Stag' token generation, to infinite colorless mana via 'Basalt Monolith' and by reducing cycling costs.

For token strategies, 'Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer' provides tokens, adds haste to all tokens and allows a change of all tokens to your best type. 'Akim, the Soaring Wind' adds tokens and allows all tokens double strike. As each token comes into play, 'Divine Visitation' converts them each into vigilant 4/4 flyers.

This build keeps cards flowing, tokens growing and a toolbox of options at hand. Cycle for additional tokens and card draw on opponent turns to maximize potential.
