Hedron Alignment is traditionally impossible to win with in EDH however if your playgroup allows cards outside the game you can add more into your deck with Research // Development. This deck wants to do that and fulfil Hedron Alignment's conditions for a win. The commander is Intet, the Dreamer for temur colours and as a way to put a Hedron in exile.
It's the jankiest win condition I've built yet and it needs all the help it can get so there's no budget for this deck and I run almost all tutors available to temur as well as rhystic study & mystic remora.
There's 5 tutors for Research and tutors for those tutors so getting Research shouldn't be an issue.
Ok, now we've Researched 4 Hedron Alignments into our deck, now what? Well we draw a lot of cards and we have a few ways to get our Hedrons.
Drift of Phantasms transmutes for a Hedron, Intuiton either puts a Hedron in your hand, or in the graveyard, which we need to do anyway. Similarly Gamble either puts it in your hand or in the graveyard.
Long-Term Plans eventually gets you a Hedron, or you can put one into exile this way with our commander Intet, the Dreamer.
Other ways to put hedrons into exile are Extract, Foresight and Manipulate Fate.
In case too many Hedrons end up in the graveyard we have Bala Ged Recovery & Eternal Witness to bring them back, we also have Mirrormade and Estrid's Invocation to copy a Hedron, we can then put the original in the graveyard if we need to. There's also Frantic Search, Valakut Awakening and Chemister's Insight to put Hedrons in the graveyard.
The rest of the deck is ramp, removal and card draw.
