This mono-red deck is built on the idea of having one deck, piloted by different commanders.

The initial idea was to make a deck that changed in power level just by switching up the commander but I wasn't able to accomplish that. There's simply too big a difference between no fast mana/tutors/combos and having them. Instead the deck switches out commanders to alter the playstyle a little bit and to have various outcomes:

Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin if you want to amass a huge board of goblins to chump with.

Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor if you want to make a complex boardstate that disincentives removing your commander.

Valduk, Keeper of the Flame if you expect to not be able to attack with your commander, or if you want to spread the damage out.

Maraxus of Keld if you want a big beater that doesn't even need to equip anything to hit hard.

Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh if you want to partner him with Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar or Jeska, Thrice Reborn, the former spreading your voltron damage out and the latter enabling very early kills.

Finally there's Godo, Bandit Warlord whom is essentially a 1-card combo once you get to 11 mana, this commander shouldn't be brought out unless you're facing high power decks that are ok with such a linear game plan. You can also choose not to tutor out Helm of the Host of course.

The rest of the deck is fairly straight forward; equipment, ramp, card filtering and some card advantage and some removal. There's also a suite of cards that synergize with equipment, acting as alternative "commanders" in case the commander tax gets prohibitive.
Some notable cards are Smoke & Silent Arbiter (slows down everything but voltron), Scrap Mastery is our refuge against cards like Vandalblast, Ugin, the Ineffable is both a considerable cost reducer for our equipment as well as a catch-all removal, something red struggles with (Chaos Warp being an exception). Vulshok Battlemaster is a recent favourite of mine as not only does it equip all our equipment but our opponents' as well.

Last but not least I'll mention Inspiring Statuary and Bludgeon Brawl. Your equipment are now mana rocks, and all mana rocks are now equipment! Imagine dropping the aforementioned Vulshok Battlemaster after bludgeon brawl!

The cards in the maybeboard are omitted due to price or "unfun factor", feel free to include them if you wish.

All in all it's not a very powerful deck and it has both the usual struggles of mono-red and voltron decks, magnified by the fact that red doesn't have that many ways of protecting a voltron commander. But it should provide a fair amount of variety with the plethora of available commanders.

Thanks for reading, if you have any thoughts or suggestions, let me know!
