Zilortha, Strength Incarnate is a very unique commander that makes creatures you control take lethal damage based on their power rather than their toughness. It currently only has a godzilla printing but I mocked up an alternative in Card Conjurer:
The dinosaur print watermark might be overboard but the rest should be similar to what a reprint would look like.
As for the deck we run creatures that otherwise wouldn't see much play like Thunderblust, Siege Behemoth, Panglacial Wurm, Phytotitan and more. They aren't very good even with Zilortha but the deck is meant to showcase this cool ability, not be as optimized as possible.
With most creatures having a ton of power we can use cards like Greater Good, Rishkar's Expertise, Return of the Wildspeaker and more for considerable card draw. We can also use Sarkhan's Unsealing, Chandra's Ignition and fight spells like Khalni Ambush or Domri, Anarch of Bolas.
Buffs that care about power like God-Eternal Rhonas, Neyith of the Dire Hunt, Jeska, Thrice Reborn and Exponential Growth also pair well with high power creatures. The latter two in particular can 1-hit KO with our commander, if unblocked or if Proud Wildbonder / Siege Behemoth is on the board.
One thing Zilortha doesn't protect against are "destroy all" board wipes which are frequent in EDH, for that we run cards like Wrap in Vigor, Heroic Intervention and Asceticism to maintain a board presence.
In combat our creatures are very unlikely to lose a 1 on 1 fight so cards like Familiar Ground virtually ensure that our creatures get through or get chumped. Angel's Trumpet lets our creatures attack and be available for blocking afterwards, as well as punishing non-attacking creatures.
The complete deck list is a bit questionable at the moment, I'd like more ramp since the average cmc is a whopping 3.9 and the deck has issues rebuilding after a wipe.
I've omitted The Great Henge because it's very pricy, it'd otherwise be an auto-include.
