To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Pauper EDH is an alternative format that uses any uncommon creature as the commander and the 99 are commons.
This mono-green deck has Tempting Licid as its commander, essentially a repeatable Lure in the command zone.
With a lure always available we can make any trades we want happen with our plentiful Deathtouch creatures (Moss Viper, Ambush Viper, Jewel-Eyed Cobra, etc) and with cards like Broken Fall / Jousting Lance / Bladed Pinions we turn combat in our favour. Another upside is that any other creature we aren't Luring with are virtually unblockable, especially useful if the lure is on a sturdy creature like Bellowing Elk.
We can however only lure creatures that are available to block, for tapped creatures there's Seeker of Skybreak, there's also Lignify, Ram Through and Viridian Longbow, the latter two great with deathtouch.
There's also the possibility of attaching Tempting Licid to our opponents' creatures that are about to attack, great for politics or awkward trades, simply pay one green mana to end the effect before damage is dealt.
Okay, so we have removal figured out. How do we win?
Well since the deck is mono-green we don't have a lot of options. Best to leverage what green does best; ramping into big buds. At the moment there's 12 creatures at cmc 5+ in the deck, some with abilities but most are just big and have trample. Thanks to Tempting Licid we can decide when we want them to be blocked, and when not to.
There's also a 3-card "oops I win" combo with Ivy Lane Denizens, Devoted Druid, and Presence of Gond. I included them as all three cards are of high quality and once in a blue moon it just wins you the game.
Our commander is actually quite resilient as long as you have green mana open. If I understand correctly a "destroy target enchantment" would fizzle if we pay a green mana to end the Licid's effect, similarly a "destroy target creature" would fizzle if we attach the Licid to another creature. For this reason I've included Urban Burgeoning in the deck to have mana open on our opponents' turns, it's also great with Utopia Sprawl and Wild Growth.
The main weakness of the deck is definitely the lack of card advantage. Mono-green struggles with this aspect unless the deck is incredibly creature-heavy and you can run more cards like Lead the Stampede. We do however have card selection in Abundant Harvest, we can reliably trigger Bequeathal and Spare Supplies is a flexible draw 2 for 4 mana which isn't terrible.
