To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Pauper EDH is an alternative 100 card format where any uncommon creature is your commander and the remaining 99 cards are common.
This bant deck is helmed by Lagrella, the Magpie. She's an excellent commander for the blink archetype; she potentially turns every blink in to "removal" of three creatures as well as drawing / recurring cards.
Because of that the deck runs almost every flicker-like spell available except Teferi's Time Twist as it returns at the end of the turn and can only target your own creatures, but might be worth excluding anyway.
Our own stuff we want to blink is mostly creatures that draw cards but Archaeomancer-type cards are great too as we can either return blink cards or other interaction. A notable mention is Murk Strider, on ETB it can put something exiled by Lagrella into a graveyard and if it was exiled with Lagrella you can stack the triggers after a blink to put anything on the board into a graveyard.
Similarly Oracle of Dust can put exiled cards in the graveyard while looting.
For protection that isn't blink-based there's Broken Fall, Angelic Renewal, Elgaud Shieldmate and a handful of counterspells.
The goal is to achieve a flicker loop with Archaeomancer-type cards as well as Peregrine Drake or Cloud of Faeries (targeting lands that tap for 2+ mana) in order to get infinite mana, after that we can flicker Archaeomancer + card draw / recursion in order to draw our entire deck, finding Capsize, Compulsive Research or Sunscorched Desert for the win.
The deck is fairly light on removal (ideally Lagrella has that under control) but as the combo goes through the graveyard there's some problematic cards like Relic of Progenitus, Honored Heirloom and other graveyard hate that needs to be dealt with. For that the deck runs Seal of Cleansing / Seal of Primordium / Capsize / Masked Vandal / Moonsnare Prototype.
There's a lot of cards to consider, feel free to browse the maybeboard for possible inclusions. There's also a lot of tapped lands which might slow the deck down more than it helps, maybe I can finetune the mana after some playtesting.
