To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Pauper EDH is an alternative format that uses any uncommon creature as the commander and the 99 are commons.
This naya deck is brewed around Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer but more precisely Vent Sentinel, Axebane Guardian and Overgrown Battlements. That's right it's Defender Tribal, baby!!
The goal is to slowly build up a fortress of walls and eventually tutoring out Axebane Guardian, Vent Sentinel, Aegis Automaton and Village Bell-Ringer, this nets you infinite mana and damage by tapping and untapping Axebane & Vent Sentinel. It's not very competitive but felt like a fun way to build around Defenders.
Vent Sentinel got exiled? You're done, finished, blown out, it's OVER! (But feel free to keep pinging away with Spear Spewer, Thermo-Alchemist, Brimstone Trebuchet and Lobber Crew)
In order to tutor with Rocco more than once you can either get him dead by combat or return him to hand with something like Alley Evasion, Light the Way, You're Ambushed on the Road, Whitemane Lion or the glorious Barbarian Guides. Most of these also serve to save our important pieces from removal.
The rest of the deck isn't that special, some draw, some removal, some ramp. I'll mention that Spidersilk Armor gives reach to the defenders so flying creatures don't just get us dead in the air and the enigmatic Fortified Area; long story short it lets you decide where damage is dealt if you're blocking with multiple creatures, the attacking portion of banding isn't relevant to this deck.
Thanks for reading! If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to let me know.
