Strategy here is quite simple : Bolas wins, everyone else lose. Basically an alternate universe of the War of the Spark.
How it works : https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Nicol%20Bolas%2C%20Dragon-God&set=WAR -8 make everyone but you lose the game.
NEAT ! But how can you EVER go to -8 if you're such a threat ?
This is where https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=The%20Elderspell&set=WAR comes up. You can abuse the fact that everyone around you MIGHT play a planewalker, because you know... Oathbreaker... And then kill it. Every planewalker killed by https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=The%20Elderspell&set=WAR will give https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Nicol%20Bolas%2C%20Dragon-God&set=WAR 2 additional loyalty counters.
With a way to consistently win the game and destroy every planewalker around the table in the command zone you have to focus on simpler things :
1- Deny stuff.
2- Kill stuff you can't deny.
3- ???
4- Profit.
1- Counterspells.
Probably the best way to enjoy losing friends. They are here to keep you safe from harm.
Some of them (https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Flusterstorm&set=IMA, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Miscast&set=M21, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Spell%20Pierce&set=2X2, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Countersquall&set=UMA, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Izzet%20Charm&set=2X2, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Force%20of%20Negation&set=2X2) can't counter evey spells, but it's ok, your goal is avoiding bad surprises like Hero's Downfall which can deny YOUR fun at instant speed. They are both the cheapest and most efficient counterspells considering evey other player also got an instant or sorcery in command zone.
Some others (https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Counterspell&set=SCD, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Disallow&set=AER, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Ionize&set=GRN, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Supreme%20Will&set=GN3, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Force%20of%20Will&set=DMR) can counter everything, but you should keep them for direct threats to your wincon (aka https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Nicol%20Bolas%2C%20Dragon-God&set=WAR)
2- Wraths.
With 3 other players around the table you just can't counter everything they got. But you can KILL eveything they all collectively played last turn with the right spell, achieving the same objective.
Spells like https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=The%20Meathook%20Massacre&set=MID, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Toxic%20Deluge&set=CC2, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Damnation&set=2X2, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Hour%20of%20Devastation&set=HOU, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Blasphemous%20Act&set=SCD can wipe out the board. They also are the reason we don't play creatures : we'll consistently clean the board to make sure our https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Nicol%20Bolas%2C%20Dragon-God&set=WAR is safe. (https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Force%20of%20Despair&set=MH1 might seems weaker and can be changed by another similar spell like Yahenni's Expertise or Mutilate but it's a quite cheap spell and can be played at instant speed.)
Other spells like https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Torment%20of%20Hailfire&set=HOU, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Dark%20Intimations&set=AER might not be as effective but they serve the same purpose and helps a little bit somewhere else (https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Torment%20of%20Hailfire&set=HOU in particular might even be considered in the command zone)
3- Mana and draw
We want to get our wincon as fast as possible but Bolas is a pain : 5 colored mana including 3 black mana while most of our spells are either blue or red...
We'll then play the cheapest mana rocks possible : https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Arcane%20Signet&set=MOC, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Obsidian%20Obelisk&set=DMC, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Talisman%20of%20Creativity&set=40K, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Talisman%20of%20Dominance&set=SCD, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Talisman%20of%20Indulgence&set=SCD are quite efficient 2 generic mana each, meaning you'll always have a way to play them.
We can also cheat a bit of last second mana : https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Strike%20It%20Rich&set=MH2 allows us to change a red for a blue or black mana or a mana next turn. https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Lotus%20Petal&set=TMP can gives us a quick boost to cast Bolas on turn 3.
Card advantage is also quite important : https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Seize%20the%20Spoils&set=GN3, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Big%20Score&set=J22, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Pirate%27s%20Pillage&set=2X2, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Unexpected%20Windfall&set=AFR might seems expensive but they all give us some mana back (sweet sweet treasures). Allowing us to cast some counterspells or play Bolas faster.
https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Dig%20Through%20Time&set=NCC, and https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Treasure%20Cruise&set=NCC are supposed to be cheap by "optimizing" the many spells that will end in your graveyard, but they can be discarded for the red draw spells early in the game (or used as cannon fodder for https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Force%20of%20Negation&set=2X2 or https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Force%20of%20Will&set=DMR).
4- About the manabase
We've got here a quite efficient (but expensive) manabase, most lands comes in play untapped, are flexible (https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Blightstep%20Pathway%20%2F%2F%20Searstep%20Pathway&set=KHM, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Clearwater%20Pathway%20%2F%2F%20Murkwater%20Pathway&set=ZNR, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Riverglide%20Pathway%20%2F%2F%20Lavaglide%20Pathway&set=ZNR), filter our manabase (https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Cascade%20Bluffs&set=NCC, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Graven%20Cairns&set=2XM, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Sunken%20Ruins&set=2XM) or allows us to get the most land cards out of our library (https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Bloodstained%20Mire&set=KTK, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Polluted%20Delta&set=KTK, https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Scalding%20Tarn&set=MH2). Some are even counterspells with benefits (https://www.mtg-forum.de/db/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=en&card=Jwari%20Disruption%20%2F%2F%20Jwari%20Ruins&set=ZNR).
Most of them can be replaced with cheaper alternatives ofc.
5- The forgotten
I haven't spoked about a few cards :
TCG player estimates a 1337,69$ cost for this deck. Idk what to do with this information but I found it to be quite funny so I had to share it.
