Just started to build this up. I never played Commander, but read a lot about it and similar decks. Now after buying the Lathril's Precon, I love her ability to roundhouse kick the table.

The strategy is clear: Get 10 Elves out as as soon as possible via 1. Lathril's ability, 2. Spells like Elvish Promenade and Elven Ambush, 3. the dorks and other useful Elves in this deck.
Alpha Authority and other Stuff in den Lathril's Backpack and also Eldrazi Monument help a lot to make Lathril unblockable and stay alive. First aid Kits like Golgari Charm, Heroic Intervention help against some board wipes.
With 10 Elves on the board you can start to roundhose kick with Lathril's last ability. Tutors and draw help to get at least so me of these pieces on the battlefield: Rings of Brightearth, Throne of the God-Pharaoh, Lithoform Engine, Illusionist's Bracers. All of them allow to make at least 20 damage out of one ability activation of Lathril. Quest for Renewal allows to do the same 20 damage to all players just in every untap step of other player's. I would love to add Seedborne Muse to this deck, but don't know where to cut another card. I hold on Benefactor's Draught for a similar effect because of its Card Draw potential.
Elves that bring their own finishing moves are: Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, Poison-Tip Archer, Shaman of the Pack, Skemfar Shadowsage. Wirewood Symbiote can help to reuse Shaman of the Pack and Skemfar Shadowsage.
Craterhoof Behemoth and Exsanguinate are alternate win conditions.

Questions still open to me:
Is the mana curve to low?
Are 33 Lands are enough?
Do I have enough creatures? If no, where to cut?
Considering your Commander experience: which cards in this deck look good in theory but bad in Commander games?

Looking forward for your suggestions.

Sorry for this huge Maybeboard. It helps me to keep other ideas. I struggled whether or not go more into a Voltron-Lathril type, because now it's less consistent I think and has a lot of possible pathways to develop.
Again: I didn't test it because I have no playgroup here (and therefore no meta) and also never played Commander before.
