Ghostly Prison and Propaganda do the same thing and stack, so if you get all 8 out on the field and your protected behind a mystical mana wall where an opponent needs to pay 16 mana to attack you!

Dissipation field is to send all creatures that make contact with you back to their owners hand!

Isochron Scepter these 4 cards for some absolute nonsense, Raise the Alarm, Counterspell, Revitalize, and Unified Strike.

Raise the Alarm creates your pitiful little army (that you don't attack with until you exile everything you can).

Unified Strike is to push the war in your favor slowly but surely while your opponents run out of creatures

Revitalize is for card draw and life gain. The reason you don't Isochron Scepter your Frantic inventory is because your are going to be using them like mad and your Revitalize is also gaining you life!

And of course Counterspell is to protect your scepters and anything else you feel like protecting.

Clear the Mind any hate(destroy effects) you do receive back into your library and protect yourself further.
