So this is the newest iteration of my deck around Gor Muldrak, Amphinologist.
The deck is in itself not very powerful, it has only 1 win condition: Let your enemies smash each other, while you provide Salamanders or other stuff for them. The basic tactic relies on cards as Edric, Spymaster of Trest, Eon Frolicker or Tidal Barracuda and Akroan Horse on the creature side; Tempt With Discovery, Curse of Verbosity and Rites of Flourishing on the Enchatment/Sorcery side and, of course, your commander. These cards enable and promote the idea to your opponents that it might be worthwhile for them if you stick around + enhances the probabilty of them smashing each others heads, so that you can go in for a run with salamanders or Mass Manipulation, Fresh Meat, Peer Pressure or counter attack while they have no ressources left due to Standardize or War Tax.
A great card that will catch your opponents off guard is Fade Away, since it is a reliable board wipe (no return to your hand, but sacrifice) in blue that is often overlooked as it does not see much of a play!
The win condition is not very reliable, but I have to say that it is probably the most fun deck to play with!
It goes also with the silly theme of sea-food, frogs and other weird stuff that lives in or near water, wich doubles the fun and makes you not be counted as a real threat ;)
Note that the deck can be very evasive due to the target removal and counterspells, which helps greatly in the scheme of not showing yourself as a desirable target. The creature count is low due to the fact that you want to have as much 4/3 Salamanders on your side of the table as you can.
This version of the deck is still optimizable in a lots of ways, but it does the job at low EDH levels and lets you have fun no matter what. At a higher tier, it might endure long enough to be a pain in the ass, as long as someone does not combo off.
