To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Rosheen is the core of th Deck, but its still possible to play without him. But the first priority should be to summon him as soon as possible.
Its a Ramp deck with Spells and Creature with X in their Mana Cost.
The Overall Mana Cost of the Deck may seem high, but with Rosheen and all the Mana Accelerator you can easly summon your Army. Wrath of God effect that kill creatures is not a problem if you still have your other enchants/artifacts in play. Total board wipe or Mass Land destruction on another end is pretty hard to deal with.

How to Deal with Blockers
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
War Cadence, Whispersilk Cloak, Evolution Charm
Creatures
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Apocalypse Hydra : Always come with Twice the amount of X you have paid so thats a nice bonus (that become crazy with Doubling Seaosn out) If you really need it you can then use those counter to kill Creatures
Gilder Bairn : Help all Hydra as well as Overflowing Chalice, if you have use Strength of the Tajuru or Increasing Savagery those creature are also really good target for this ability
Gyre Sage : Will Evolve often in this Deck, but you can boost it with Strength of the Tajuru or Increasing Savagery for Massive Mana
Heroes' Bane : If you can't store your mana and can't use it on something better when not drop it to boost this Hydra
Hydra Broodmaster : Its pretty easy to Make this Hydra really Monstrous and have her make Fat Babies as well
Hydra Omnivore : Very strong if you can give Trample or even better Unblockable, very good candidate to Strength of the Tajuru or Increasing Savagery
Magus of the Candelabra : Alone not that great, but can let you use Utilitarian land more often but with Gauntlet of Power, Mana Reflection, Caged Sun...
Primordial Hydra : One of our Stronges Hydra if not the strongest. This is the Hydra to Tutor as you can make her Skinny on her first tun and she become fat on the next.
Lands
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Boseiju, Who Shelters All : You have lot of them in this deck and you can deal with them beeing counterspelled, but some of them are so strong that a protection against counterspelling help a lot.
Cavern of Souls : You dont have that much Hydra, so having one beeing Counterspelled is not really good for the Deck, so that help cover that weakness
Homeward Path : Depending on your Meta, that may not be useful, but still having one of your Big Creature fall in the end of an opponent might be scary
Kessig Wolf Run : Not all Hydra have Trample, and as some get really big, they can be block by weak creatures, so this help cover that weakness
Mosswort Bridge : So far most of the time I was able to get something very nice from that land, of course its possible that you only have instant/sorcery spells or Spells with X in their mana cost
Mutavault : Was in the Deck when their was more Hydra (or creatures that can gain Hydra subtype), but still that may be a good land to have after a Mass Creature Removal, you can boost it with Gauntlet of Power, Caged Sun, Increasing Savagery, Strength of the Tajuru, Sword of Feast and Famine...
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle : This Deck only have 8 mountain in it, however its easy to search for many of them at once so this Land help you kill a player of manage creatures from your opponents (and/or kill their commander)
Gruul Turf : Let you reuse Mossworth Bridge
High Market : If someone take control of your creature or want to Duck your Commander, or a ton of other reason, beeing able to sacrifice a creature can help
Raging Ravine : Less powerful than Mutavault because its not an Hydra, but it boost itself
Strip Mine : Might be of some help if your Opponent have a great Land
Temple of the False God : Not hard to have 5 lands and the 2 mana often equate to 4 with Doubling Cube, or even more with some other untap effects
