I love the color combination Jund ! The combination of black, red and green has simply versatile strengths: The fast damage of red, the control of discard and destroy effects of black and the big and powerful spells and creatures of green. Just super powerful and fun! This deck has been tinkered with for over 1 year now. I have tried many versions but this one is in my opinion the strongest and suits me the most so far. I would be very happy about suggestions for improvement and opinions ;)
Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer: Ragavan is the perfect one drop that puts a lot of pressure on the opponent. It quickly generates card advantage and mana advantage, which is why it always needs to be removed from the opponent.
Dauthi Voidwalker: Dauthi Voidwalker synergizes with our dicard cards like Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger, Liliana of the Veil, Inquisition of Kozilek and Thoughtseize. Also, with his Shadow ability, he's like an unblockable creature, which lets us do damage every turn.In addition, the opponent has to be careful what we let him discard from his hand when Dauthi Voidwalker is in play. Otherwise we could play the opponent's big spells very early in the game :)
Tarmogoyf: Tarmogoyf can be small, but gets stronger the longer the game goes on. A power house and very dangerous very quickly...It can optimally come into play on turn 2 as 3/4 or even as 4/5. I don't need to say more, do I?
Seasoned Pyromancer: Seasoned Pyromancer not only provides the card supply, but also offers a lot apart from that. It itself is only a 2/2 but comes with very powerful effects. Through his entereing the battlefield effect, we discard 2 cards and draw 2 cards. This fills the graveyard for Tarmogyf and lets us exchange the cards we don't need. The effect is especially strong when we have no cards in our hand: Then he comes into play and we draw 2 cards. On top of that, we can exile him from the graveyard if the game lasts very long, to create 2 1/1 token creatures. Absolutely flexible and indispensable in this deck!
Tarmogoyf: Tarmogoyf may be small at the beginning, but grows into a real monster with strength and toughness of 7/8 as the game progresses. And at the latest then the opponents have a problem :)
Klothys, God of Destiny: Klothys, God of Destiny actually has other tasks than dealing damage. Nevertheless, a 4/5 with indestructible is an announcement on the battlefield, which should not be underestimated.
Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger: Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger also only gets really gross as the game goes on. If you play it for its Escape cost, it becomes really uncomfortable in the long run as a 6/6 with its Dicard or Damage Effect.
