Xantcha (EDH / Commander)

This is a list based off of the list of an old friend in Boston. The main win condition is to use Animate Dead, Dance of the Dead or Necromancy to re-animate Worldgorger Dragon. When Worldgorger Dragon enters the field, it exiles the enchantment that's keeping it alive, which causes it to die. When it dies, the enchantment comes back and brings it back to life. This goes on infinitely until you choose to target a different creature to re-animate.

Each time the enchantment enters while the worldgorger is dead, you can tap your lands for mana. This cycle of exile-replace-tap-exile will generate infinite mana, which you can pump into your commander to kill the opponent controlling her. When that player dies, Xantcha, Sleeper Agent returns to your control. The next time the dragon flickers her, she will trigger her enters the battlefield trigger again and end up under another opponent's control. Then you can pump the infinite mana into her again to kill that player, rinse and repeat.

If that fails, reanimating Sire Of Insanity often does the trick, too.

Note that Shatterskull Smashing is a two-faced card, and will therefore need a proxy for each side.
