The strategy of the deck works almost totally around Renari, Merchant of Marvels and Acolyte of Bahamut , the commanders.
The win con is killing off opponents with flying dragons and big beaters like Destructor Dragon and Ancient Bronze Dragon, since power matters there's also Overwhelming Stampede and since it's a tribal Door of Destinies will make anthem for the adorable flying lizards.

There are a lot of artifacts to play with flash to disrupt enemies strategies, and/or artifacts that discount spells like Emerald Medallion, Etherium Sculptor, and my favorite Inspiring Statuary that make good use of artifacts that don't need to tap and make you play big dragons.

Some artifact creatures are used to play right before your turn or to be blockers at the last minute, like Blightsteel Colossus and Wurmcoil Engine.

The deck has a lot of ramp, most sinergistic one is Old Gnawbone, Dowsing Dagger // Lost Vale (since dragon evasion).

But even more draw, best ones: Ancient Silver Dragon, Bident of Thassa and Reconnaissance Mission (since dragon evasion).

Kodama of the East Tree is here to abuse of big dragons, that entered discounted, so now you can play two big permanents for only one discounted cost.

The biggest weakness of the deck is the lack of small creature to defends themselves in the first turns, there're almost no counterspell, you have to remove from the board, and many removals depend on playing dragons.

This deck appears to be legal in EDH / Commander.
