Step 1: play Sage and harmonic prodigy or find them by cycling step through.
Step2:Play lots of spells targeting Sage and getting tons of counters on him
Step3:Get to critical mass and have about 10-15 counters on sage and use his extra turns ability. (Rule note: I don't think harmonic prodigy doubles Sage's extra turn ability since the turn ability is an activated ability and Harmonic prodigy is only when an ability triggers. I think that's how it works leave a comment tho if you think otherwise) Now that you have a lot of turns keep repeating step 2 until you find or find something that finds Mizzix's mastery, On the last turn or when you think you have a sufficient amount of cards in the graveyard, notably you also want shadow rift in there, Overload Mizzix's mastery and make sage Unlockable with shadow rift and big enough to one shot ur opponent(s). Harmonic prodigy can also help with the damage given that you have another shadow rift in your graveyard.

GOING INTO DEPTH ABOUT SPECIFIC CARDS

Academic dispute: I thought this card would be good since you could either target sage and get more counters on him or make sure an opponents utility creature isn't around, But what really makes this card good is being able to go into the sideboard and get expanded anatomy.

Visions of dominance: When you look at this card you may see it and think that that is a win more card which it kind of is but don't be afraid to play this on Sage even if he only has only like 8 counters on him because this card can get you a lot of extra turns pretty easily.

Anger of the Gods: We need some type of board wipe to keep us alive before we get sage. You could play storms wrath instead of Anger of the Gods but A the opponent doesn't get any death triggers and B I thought it would be nice to turn 3 anger of the gods and then turn 4 drawn from dreams.

Inscription of abundance: This card is great for us, all 3 options are amazing, you could either pay two and get two counters on sage plus his heroic triggers or when you reach critical mass before you get a bunch of extra turns gain 10-15 life or its just a good ol' fight spell. This card is so good for us. Plus when were are overloading mizzix's mastery we can kick this card for free which if its the last card you play from your graveyard can lead to a lot of life, if that mattered since the game won't see your second main phase

Harmonic Prodigy: Sage on its on with this deck can get do pretty good but if you get a harmonic prodigy or even two down then that's when things starting getting bonkers let alone the fact that they do have prowess which is basically sage's heroic ability until end of turn.

Shadow rift: I was debating between this card and artful dodge but I decided on Shadow rift because if this deck needs anything it needs a good reliable way to keep the card flow coming.

Snakeskin Veil:This card is a really good card in this deck not only because its out only piece of protection (which we could probably get some more of) it also loads up the counters on Sage.

Step through: This card is here for one to be cycled all day long, you can find sage of hours while only being one turn behind curve and if you already have sage and don't think he will die then you can get harmonic prodigy.

Increasing Savagery:One of the experimental cards in the deck, I think that it might cost too much for this deck but really its just a 4 mana take an extra turn or 7 mana take 2 extra turns and now that I put it like that I think that this card could defineltly be really good.

Mizzix's Mastery: This card is our wincon and boy will we win the game with this, its a super good card here but we only want one because having it in the opening hand or on the early important draws really sucks.

Solve the Equation:This deck has a lot of important instants and sorceries in it and I think that solve the equation can make sure that we have those combo pieces.

Vedalken Aethermage: I don't have this card in the deck because it isn't as good as step through costing one more to cycle but I do think that if you aren't finding Sage or harmonic then you could add it in but you don't really want too many cards that aren't useful flooding up your draws.

Well that's the deck, I found this deck idea when I was bored and I was just on scryfall clicking random card over and over when I came to a creature with heroic and I thought it was a cool ability so I looked at the other heroic cards and that's where I found Sage of hours! I saw that it was a wizard and I knew that with harmonic prodigy I could make this a cool deck. Give me a comment telling me how I did with this deck cause I didn't get this from anywhere, completely home-brewed! (or you could leave a comment tellinng me that I overuse parenthesis) If you read this far thank you it means a lot to me that somebody would read this.
