This is a "secret commander" Fynn, the Fangbearer deck.
Most of these cards were budget includes with the exception of the ones I already owned (Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx , Growing Rites of Itlimoc , Green Sun's Zenith), so it looks like a hodgepodge of low and high budget cards. It's also worth noting that my playgroup doesn't use Sol Ring or any cards printed exclusively for Commander/Legacy formats, so you won't see me adding Ohran Frostfang, Bane of Progress, Ezuri's Predation, Arachnogenesis, etc.
I've tried and did not like Sylvan Library. In this deck, the indestructible squirrel turns dorks into card draw, so you're better off playing another mana dork, 1/1 flyer for G, or a tiny deathtouch creature that can work with Fynn to push through poison.
Acidic Slime is incredibly meh. In the late game, it's fine, but you're so much better off with more efficient creatures OR removal in the early to mid game that it's usually a dead card. After the printing of Kappa Tech-wrecker, Fang of Shigeki, and Master's Rebuke, taking this card out was easy.
I'm currently experimenting with Ulvenwald Oddity // Ulvenwald Behemoth as a budget top-end card since it offers a reasonably costed 4/4 trample haste body at 2GG, and the back is expensive to access but offers a nice anthem in the late game with trample and haste on all your creatures. Since I don't have the money for Concordant Crossroads or Finale of Devastation in the budget right now, this is an interesting prospect. Because it's front is only 4 cmc, it's never "dead," but the defining moment will be how it performs in the late-game. We shall see.
Rampage of the Clans is another budget to jank include that I'm sure is a bit controversial, but given that Bane of Progress is out on account of house rules, I wanted something board-wipe-y. Since it's an instant, it looked nice. The centaurs don't really hurt since I'll just draw more cards with mine, and I have enough ways to get around my opponents blocking.
Top upgrades I'm considering are:
