This was originally meant to be a modified version of the Peer Through Time precon, but is now a focused Teferi, Temporal Archmage combo spell slinger deck.
The game plan is the same as any other Teferi deck where you use The Chain Veil to go infinite, draw your deck, and play Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac to win off of self mill. This differs in its level of interaction; this deck combos faster than other decks with a power level 6 and is only a 6 itself because of how vulnerable this deck leaves you. Your opponents will treat you like an archenemy and not make deals with you because if you are not the first one out of the game, its because you've already won.
Aside from ramping, drawing cards, and board wipes you will be doing very little on your turn. As such most of your interaction is through political manipulation. No one will be making any deals with you, but you can still bluff them out, trick them into burning their removal, or even allow another player to get really big so your not the scariest at the table.
The hundred cards as is are appropriate for my table's power level, but the side board allows you to increase or decrease the power as needed.
If you need to play with more casual decks pull out some of your chain veil tutors and replace them with some of the low power cards; Fool's Demise, Lorthos the TideMaker, Rite of Replication, Sphinx of Magosi, Sphinx of Uthuun, or Talrand Sky Summoner. Start by replacing half the deck's tutors and go from there, but if you're playing against a few precons, you can replace all of them and still be the boogieman of the table.
If you are playing this deck against some stronger optimized ones, this deck leaves you too exposed and so adding some hate or even stax might allow you to keep the table at bay until you can go off. Grab the hate/stax cards and replace Well of Ideas, Aetherize, Illusionist's Gambit, Engulf the Shore, Turn to Frog, Call to Mind, Archaeomancer, Rewind, and Steel Hellkite with those 9. This will not become a cEDH deck by any means, but it won't get curb stomped by 7's and 8's at the least.
The maybeboard is everything I would add if I had the means to spend $1,500 on a deck.
