Cephalid will mill your entire library. Flackback Laboratory Maniac with Dread Return by sacrificing 3 creatures. Then draw a card to win the game.
Use Mother of Runes to give Crackdown evasion or to protect your win conditions.

This deck is a part of my Eternal Artisan Battle Deck collection. They are typical constructed decks that use the Eternal card pool (like Legacy) and use any card that has been printed as a Common or Uncommon. They do not have sideboards.
