Zombie Hell Raiser (EDH) (EDH / Commander)

Use Josu Vess, Lich Knight to create tokens if/when need be, and after amassing enough mana resources; can be useful in a pinch without the kicker cost being paid for.

LANDS:
Basic lands are self-explanatory; use non-basic land abilities if/when needed.

ZOMBIE BUFFERS:
Use Frightshroud Courier, Essence Infusion, Dirge of Dread, Feast on the Fallen, and Obelisk of Urd to buff up zombie creatures and ensure that even the smallest zombies are a big threat to any opponent.

DEBUFFERS:
Use Withered Wretch, Smokespew Invoker, Skinthinner, Plague Wight, Noxious Ghoul, Nefashu, Jarl of the Forsaken, Festering Goblin, Deathmark Prelate, Aphetto Exterminator, Murder, Terror, Mortiphobia, Eliminate, and Feeding Frenzy to apply various debuffs to enemy creatures; use Perilous Vault if and when the board state is in total opposition to you.

LIFEGAIN AND PLAYER DAMAGE:
Use Shepard of Rot, Pontiff of Blight, Gempalm Polluter, Disciple of Griselbrand, Ammit Eternal, Profane Memento, Gnawing Zombie, and Caustic Tar to damage enemy player(s) and gain life respectively.

REGENERATORS AND SELF-BUFFERS:
Use Voracious Null, Phyrexian Scuta, and Ghastly Remains if/when needed; all of them are fairly cheap and can either buff themselves up, or can be regenerated for a low mana cost.

DEAD-RAISERS:
Use Infernal Caretaker, Gravedigger, Draugr Recruiter, Champion of Stray Souls, Raise the Draugr, Cruel Revival, Rise from the Grave, Dead Revels, Unmake the Graves, and Decaying Soil to return cards from the graveyard to your hand/the battlefield/your library.

CARD DRAW:
Use Graveborn Muse, Corpse Harvester, Crushing Disappointment, Ragamuffyn, and Village Rites to draw cards from your library.

GRAVE-MAKERS:
Use Sibsig Host, Necromancer's Assistant, Crow of Dark Tidings, and Necromancer's Stockpile to get cards quickly into your graveyard; using these cards early will ensure that the graveyard is full for the creatures that benefit from a full graveyard.

CIRCUMSTANTIAL CARDS:
Use Boneknitter, Silumgar Scavenger, Embalmed Brawler, Entrails Feaster, Carrion Crow, Dripping Dead, Lich's Mastery, Endemic Plague, Horror of Horrors, Veilborn Ghoul, Gluttonous Zombie, Corpse Blockade, and Helldozer if and when their abilities would be the most useful; they all have varying abilities, and all of these cards should be played with a mindset of maximizing their use when the situation calls for it.

GRAVE-BENEFITERS:
Use Sutured Ghoul and Soulless One late-game when your graveyard is full to ensure that your opponents have two very big threats to worry about; Sutured Ghoul relies on exiling graveyard cards in order to gain power, while Soulless One gains its power from the number of Zombies in play and the number of Zombies in all graveyards, including yours.
