Blue/Black Zombie Hellraiser (EDH / Commander)

Mana Base:
Use Swamps, and Islands for basic mana; use Exotic Orchard, Myriad Landscape, Choked Estuary, Path of Ancestry, Bojuka Bog, Darkwater Catacombs, Sunken Hallow, Barren Moor, Evolving Wilds, Dimir Aqueduct, Mortuary Mire, Tainted Isle, Command Tower, Unclaimed Territory, and Temple of Deceit for mana and their other respective use(s).

Mana Rocks:
Use Commander's Sphere, Sky Diamond, Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, Charcoal Diamond, Crowned Crypt, and Talisman of Dominance to aid in putting yourself ahead of the rest of the table's mana base(s).

Draw:
Use Graveborn Muse, Undead Augur, Midnight Reaper, Corpse Augur, Drown in Dreams, Witch's Cauldron, and Consider to draw more cards; Forgotten Creation can be used in a pinch to discard a bad and/or 'dead' hand in place of a new one.

Boardwipes:
Use Perilous Vault and Zombie Apocalypse to wipe boards and/or cement your own dominance on the board. Note that Zombie Apocalypse is mainly a haymaker, but it can act as a boardwipe when need be against humans.

Target-Removal and Counter Magic:
Use feed the Swarm, Go for the Throat, Infernal Grasp, Flip the Switch, Murder, and Eliminate as single-target removal or counter magic respectively.

Recursion:
Use Gravespawn Sovereign, Macabre Waltz, Aphetto Dredging, Wander in Death, Rise from the Grave, Raise Dead, Ghouls' Night Out, and Raise the Draugr to bring back any zombies you'd rather see on the board than in the graveyard.

Lords (With Other Abilities):
Use Cemetery Reaper, Tomb Tyrant, Lord of the Accursed, Hordewing Skaab, Death Baron, Eternal Skylord, Diregraf Captain, and Liliana's Mastery to buff up your zombies, as well as other respective perks.

Zombie Haymakers:
Use Gorex, the Tombshell, Diregraf Horde, Noosegraf Mob, Unbreathing Horde, Diregraf Colossus, Undead Alchemist, Gisa and Geralf, Ravenous Rotbelly, No Way Out, Dread Summons, Army of the Damned, Stir the Sands, Dark Salvation, Curse of the Restless Dead, Rooftop Storm, Endless Ranks of the Dead, Necromancer's Stockpile, Open the Graves, and Dreadhorde Invasion to amass humongous armies of the undead, be they tokens or zombies from your graveyard brought back into play.

Misc. Uses:
Use Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver, Butcher of Malakir, Plague Belcher, Noxious Ghoul, Shepard of Rot, Murderous Rider, Diregraf Ghoul, Cleaver Skaab, Empty the Laboratory, Liliana, Waker of the Dead, Liliana, Death's Majesty, Gnawing Zombie, and Corpse Cobble for their various uses and purposes when need be. Noxious Ghoul, for instance, can be a boardwipe in of itself; if enough Zombies, including Noxious Ghoul itself come into play, entire boardstates filled with non-Zombie creatures can get wiped out.
