Hello there!
First and foremost: The deck is aimed for more casual rounds, rejoyce the inner Timmy :)
Strategy: Essentially this is a big beaters deck in the classic Gruul-Aggro combination and they very definition of a midrange and even late-game deck. The good thing about Svella, Ice Shaper is not only the manacost, but the abiliy to cast any spell with her second ability, which makes the inclusion of cards like Magmatic Force and essentially, all kinds of more expensive creatures that do not see much play in EDH, viable. Of course, if you noticed, you don't get mostly the costs that the ability costs in form of a creature, but if you manage to get to the late game, the idea is to activate Sarkhan's Unsealing or Warstorm Surge (best play would be Apex Devastator) and then, thanks to Rhythm of the Wild, get in for a noticeable amount of damage. I have to give a special nod to two cards that do not see a lot of play, but can be very good in this deck: Calibrated Blast and Soulfire Eruption.
