Main deck win:
A deck that ideally wants to use Slimefoot + Infect + Sac outlet to win the game

Infinite death trigger setups:
Asnod`s Altar, Slimefoot, the Stowaway, Parallel Lives
Exchange Parallel Lives with Doubling Season, or both.
Sac outlet can be changed to Phyrexian Altar + Pitiless Plunderer
Any combo of sac outlet + Slimefoot if both Parallel and Doubling on the field.

Which leads to Infinite tokens with infect / haste
If the right conditions are met (token doublers / mana setup using one of the many options you can proceed to -> Draw your deck -> Make infinite saprolings with infinite mana -> cast Triump of the Hordes -> Give saprolings haste with Vitaspore Thallid.

Specific interactions:
Golrgari Charm + Culling Ritual - A semi boardwipe granting a ton of mana and regen your tokens.
Cruel Entertainment + Wandering Archaic - At worst you get to copy and spell they might be able to cast, at best there`s a card on the field like Necropotence and you can outright pay all their life to it.

Thoughts:
Some cards in the deck are multi purpose, for example Yawgmoth is a sac outlet / draw engine, Vitaspore is a token generator / sac outlet.

Use your infect options to make Slimefoot a game winner and start saccing those saprolings.
Note that Kozilek, Butcher of Truth / Cruel Entertainment / Wandering Archaic are cards chosen vs my pods are offer no real benefits to the deck.

Noteable exclusions:
Chatterfang, Squirrel General : This card makes extra Squirrels, a good inclusion if you want to lean more into the Aristocrats theme, then you might want to add more staples such as Blood Artist.
Maralen of the Mornsong / Opposition Agent: I wanted to avoid goodstuff combo`s, but sure you can slot them in easily.
Dictate of Erebos: Again, leaning into the aristocrats theme might be worth it, but this deck aims to sac 10 saprolings at once and win the game that way, the edict is costly and wont matter for a wincon if you got your pieces out.
