To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This deck tries to maximize the three part chain of classic aristocrats: sac outlets, creatures to sacrifes and triggers from creature death.
I play Teysa, Orzhov Scion over Teysa Karlov because this Teysa is Sac Outlet, Token Generator and Single Target Removal in one. The fear of the opponents and the flexibility with her and three white creatures on the board is just amazing.
I also really like that this Teysa cares about the color of the creatures in the deck. Creatures that are black AND white are sooo good here. Afterlife (ability, not the card) is also really good, maybe I ll add more creatures with it in the future.
It is sometimes hard get going with this plan if one of the pieces is missing. For this reason I try to do as much with creatures as possible e.g. card draw and ramp, so they can act e.g. as creatures to be saced after they ve done their job.
Esper Sentinel, Deep Gnome Terramancer, Loyal Warhound, Wernog, Rider's Chaplain, Lotho, Corrupt Shirriff... are perfect for this reason.
To compliment this I try to get these creatures as small as possible. For one to be faster and because cards like Lurrus, Welcoming Vampire, Restoration of Eiganjo, Sigardian Savior, Sun Titan all care about small creatures (either power 2 or less, or CMC 3 or less).
Board Wipes like Austere Command or Solar Tide (Elspeth, Suns Champion had to go as I hate Planeswalkers) can be turned one sided this way too.
Cards like Anointed Procession or Teysa Karlov are not in here by purpose as they are too win more and do not help to enable the aristocrats strategy, they only amplify it. And I dont have room for that at the moment.
If you have any suggestions please let me know!
