Mid-power Token Control

This deck aims to always have an answer by holding up mana and doing as much as possible at instant speed.

Gameplan:

People seem to highly underrate Rigo as a draw-go commander. He essentially reads "At the beginning of combat, sacrifice three 1/X creatures: draw three cards". If any of the creatures you attacked with survive, great! If they didn't, you're not too upset, as they probably drew you into a way to make more.
Being able to always hold up mana means that you're rarely caught without a response to something that will ruin your plan and can feel very safe behind a steadily growing 1/1 army.

Winning:

The main win cons are things like Baldin, Century Herdmaster to make all your tiny 1/1s useful later in the game, Delney, Streetwise Lookout and Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive to make your team unblockable, or you can also simply go wide enough and wear them down over a few turns with repeatable token generators like Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Monastery Mentor or Murmuring Mystic.

Another good setup for victory is a well timed Windshaper Planetar or Portal Manipulator which can leave one opponent open and take out another!
