Mid-power Resilient Aristocrats

If you always have a counter on your creatures, they can never die!

Gameplan:

This deck aims to get out a few versatile creatures, put counters on each of them, and then make it as difficult as possible for them to be removed. Even better if those creatures can be sacrificed for value like Chaos Defiler or Cavalier of Night.
You can also cause disruption with repeating enter the battlefield effects like Canoptek Tomb Sentinel or Aether Channeler to slowly grind value until your opponents are out of resources.

Key Pieces:

Marchesa plays like a puzzle, you have to find a few different effects before you can really get going. A way to repeatedly put counters on things (Iron Apprentice, Vigean Graftmage), a good creature to recur (Flayer of the Hatebound, Vindictive Lich), and a way to sacrifice them (Woe Strider, Viscera Seer).
Because of this I'm playing Scrapyard Recombiner and Step Through, which can fill in the missing parts when needed.
Once you've assembled all three pieces, you're often in a very strong position as you can sacrifice the same creature four times a turn cycle and really start to pull ahead.
