Rashmi's Circus of Value (EDH / Commander)

First iteration of my new EDH deck. Always loved Rashmi as a card, and hopefully this value engine of a deck can do her justice as a commander. The deck seeks to use a combination of early ramp, followed top-of-deck manipulation to take full advantage of Rashmi's trigger. Coupled with various psuedo-goodstuff cards (flash creatures, alt-costed spells etc.), Rashmi can generate massive card advantage and a decent board-state while (hopefully) staying less threatening than other decks at the table. Finally, with the card advantage generated by Rashmi, combo pieces or tutors will prove easier to find and hopefully assemble in a late-game setting when many of the other players are either dead or low on steam.
TL;DR - Out-value and overwhelm the opposition with card advantage and goodstuff.

Main win conditions:
-Primary - Avenger of Zendikar + Craterhoof Behemoth
-Secondary - Biovisionary + Rite of Replication
-Tertiary - Clones
