Synergies:

• Razaketh, the Foulblooded + Life // Death + World Shaper: Turns lands into creatures that can be sacrificed for Razaketh's tutor ability. World Shaper can be used to brind back the sacrficed lands.
• Altar of Dementia + Living Death: Sacrifice all creatures to the Altar of Dementia and selfmill to feed the graveyard even more and then bring everything back with Living Death
• Altar of Dementia + Life // Death + Death's Presence: Sacrifice lands to mill out opponents (high power creatures needed for Death's Presence to work)
• Krosan Restorer + Crypt of Agadeem
• Razaketh, the Foulblooded + Kozilek, the Great Distortion: Counters almost anything for the cost of one creature and 2 life
• Golgari Grave-Troll enables Threshold for the ramp cards Krosan Restorer and Far Wanderings with only one dredge trigger

Notes:

• Mossbridge Troll is the best one shot kill sacrifice target for Jarad's ability. It is best combined with Phyrexian Dreadnought and Jarad himself to get pumped twice.
• When Syr Konrad, the Grim is in play, aggressive selfmill followed by Bojuka Bog targeting own graveyard can be a win condition. Make sure that noone can play removal in response to the Bojuka Bog trigger.
• Entomb is good in early game to put a dredge card into the graveyard
• before selfmill always ask the question if there are any cards in play or hand that benefit from it.
• The ability of Murderous Rider is a trigger and not a replacement effect and can be responded to with Undertaker or Volrath's Stronghold for example
